FAQ

Terms without the fine print

How long is the lesson access?

12 months from the payment date. All 37 lessons open at once, no step-by-step unlocking — watch at your own pace.

How much time for theory before practice?

Up to 30 days, plus up to 14 days of reserve. A longer break only by individual agreement: long pauses hurt retention and break the schedule.

When do we set practice dates?

After you finish the theory, from my available days. The first payment secures a seat in the monthly intake, not a specific day. Practice is completed within 3 months.

Can I reschedule a practice day?

Yes, with at least 7 days notice. A missed day can be bought back for 500 zł. If I reschedule (illness, force majeure) — a new date at no extra cost.

How does payment work?

40 % to book a seat, 60 % no later than 7 days before the first practice day. Payment by pro forma invoice — BLIK, instant or regular bank transfer.

What about refunds if I change my mind?

The online access fee is non-refundable once the lessons are opened. The practice portion is refunded within 14 days of purchase; after that, settlement for days actually delivered under the agreement.

Can I record the lessons?

No. Viewing only inside the channel; sharing materials is prohibited. Photographing and filming your own work in practice, however, is encouraged — it is your portfolio.

What language is the course in?

Ukrainian or Polish — whichever suits you. Certificates are issued in English.

Do I need experience?

No. The course is for complete beginners and hairdressers returning after a break. The only requirements are willingness to work and motivation.

What does mentoring include?

6 months after practice: guidance on formulas, techniques and real situations via Telegram or Instagram. I reply in my free time, within 3 business days.

What should I bring to practice?

Comfortable clothes, a notebook and a pen. I organise all models, colour, materials and tools.
